Range Scheduling Section reviews, processes and
schedules all activities within the ranges, training areas, and Special Use
Airspace of the Guadalcanal Training Complex.
A unit representative that has the authority to
coordinate, schedule, and confirm training on behalf of the unit must attend
the CATC RTA Synchronization Meeting held Mon-Fri at 0830 in the S4 conference
room of CATC HQ Bldg 265 in order to confirm reservations of FMA RTAs for the
following 72 hours (failure to do so may result in the cancellation of
RTAs).
Range Management Staff will be available between
0730 – 0830 to discuss scheduling modifications or cancellations in advance and
it is recommended that units representatives take this time to further
coordinate with other units or support agencies before the synchronization
meeting begins.
Scheduling Procedures
- Scheduling hours of operation are from 0730-1600 Mon-Fri, except on
federal holidays
- Range Facility Management Support System (RFMSS) is the primary
method for scheduling requests at CATC.
